At NewDawn CrossFit, community isn't a buzzword; it's the heartbeat of everything we do. From the moment you step in, you're a DawnBreaker: part of a laid-back, tight-knit crew of locals, snowbirds, military families, surfers, parents, retirees, and everyone who just loves this island life.
We celebrate birthdays with burpees (optional cake afterward), host beach cleanups, throw sunset cookouts, and show up for each other on good days and salty ones. The whiteboard isn't just for scores; it's for inside jokes, shout-outs, and drawing terrible stick-figures celebrating milestones.
Here, the person struggling next to you today might be the one spotting you tomorrow. We high-five strangers until they're friends, and friends until they're family. Because on this little stretch of land, we believe real strength is built together.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fun, high-energy workout program that mixes real-life movements (like lifting, jumping, and running) at high intensity to get you super fit and ready for anything life throws at you.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at our facility, with additional options nearby for busy days.
Do you have programming for kids?
While we specialize in adult fitness, we are exploring options to include kid-friendly programs.
What membership options are available?
We offer a variety of membership plans, including monthly and punch card options, to fit your needs.
Is there a trial period?
We offer a free no sweat intro to introduce you to the coaches, the gym, and the programming.
Can I do CrossFit?
Absolutely! CrossFit is adaptable to all fitness levels, making it accessible for anyone from beginners to elite athletes.
Do you have daycare?
Currently, we do not offer daycare services but we are working on it!
Do you offer personal training?
We do not offer personal training right now. This is on our radar for the future though.
Are there any special programs for beginners?
DawnBreakers new to CrossFit will work hand in hand with our coaches to ensure the workouts are scaled to their ability.
