Coach
I was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 after some guys I served with in the military convinced me to try a workout at a local gym. At the time, it was one of the hardest workouts I had ever done, and somewhere in the middle of those burpees and exhaustion, I was hooked.
What kept me coming back was the challenge, the friendly competition, and the community of people all pushing themselves to improve. While I trained CrossFit on and off from 2012–2017, CrossFit has been the foundation of my training since 2018.
Early in my journey, I had a coach who made a lasting impact on me as both an athlete and a person. That experience inspired me to start coaching so I could help others push past their limits and discover strengths they never knew they had.
CrossFit has challenged me physically and mentally, introduced me to an incredible community of like-minded people, and even led me to meeting my incredibly strong wife, Jordan. As a coach, I hope to help others build strength, resilience, and confidence so they can take on whatever challenges life throws their way.
