Jordan discovered CrossFit in 2018 during a particularly challenging season of life. What started as a simple goal to lose some weight quickly turned into something much bigger. From day one, she found not just a workout, but a community and a methodology that truly changed her life.


After three years as a member, Jordan felt called to step into coaching. She was driven by her belief in CrossFit’s ability to transform lives and her passion for helping others see what they are capable of. Since 2018, she has lost and kept off over 80 pounds, but the impact goes far beyond the physical. CrossFit made her stronger, more resilient, gave her a second family, and even led her to meet the love of her life, her husband Connor.
