After a major injury in 2020, I had to redefine what fitness looked like. That’s the awesome thing about Crossfit, your desire to get better, PR, high-five, keep moving and be healthy doesn’t just stop because you’re not in the gym or have an injury. You can always keep moving, and your community will make sure of it. 


Training alongside others creates accountability, pushes you on the hard days, and often brings out more effort than when you are alone. There’s nothing quite like finishing a tough workout with someone who shares your crazy.
