Connor Penn

Connor was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 after some guys he served with in the military convinced him to try a workout at a local gym. At the time, it was one of the hardest workouts he had ever done, and somewhere in the middle of those burpees and exhaustion, he was hooked. What kept him coming back was the challenge, the friendly competition, and the community of people all pushing themselves to improve. While he trained CrossFit on and off from 2012–2017, it has been the foundation of his training since 2018. Early in his journey, Connor had a coach who made a lasting impact on him as both an athlete and a person. That experience inspired him to start coaching so he could help others push past their limits and discover the strength they never knew they had. CrossFit has challenged him physically and mentally, introduced him to an incredible community, and even led him to meet his incredibly strong wife, Jordan. As a coach, he hopes to help others build strength, resilience, and confidence to face any challenge that comes their way.
