Jordan discovered CrossFit in 2018 during a particularly challenging season of life. What began as a simple goal to lose some weight became something far more meaningful. From the very beginning, she found not just a workout program, but a community and a methodology that changed her life.
After three years as a member, Jordan felt called to pursue coaching, driven by her belief in CrossFit’s ability to transform lives and her passion for helping others recognize their own potential. Since 2018, CrossFit has helped her lose and keep off over 80 pounds, but its impact goes far beyond physical change. It has made her stronger and more resilient, given her a second family, and even led her to meet the love of her life: her husband, Connor.
